These holidays are consistent with the official holidays of the State Courts System with the exception of our discretionary holiday, which will be observed on Christmas Eve, 周四, December 23, 2021.

Florida Statute 43.27 prohibits the Clerk of Court from Closing the Clerk’s Office without the consent of the Chief Judge of the Circuit who is bound by further legal requirements authorizing closure only under very limited and exceptional circumstances. The courts in the Third Judicial Circuit may close only on the above designated day(s). Prior authorization must be granted by the Chief Judge for any closures other than those listed below.
